Back in the late 60's and early 70's I shot black and white film.  I did all my own developing and printing.  When I moved from San Francisco to my current location in 1973, I was forced to leave my darkroom capabilities behind.  I bought new darkroom equipment, but never set it up.  Around 1999 I started dabbling in digital photography using cheap low resolution point and shoot cameras.  In 2003, I bought my first dSLR (Digital Single Lens Reflex) camera.  It was like having my dark room back.

I currently own 3 dSLR bodies and several lenses.  I spent 5 years working for the local newspaper covering mostly high school sports.
